We’re giving two Tai Chi demonstrations at Aldridge Community Centre on Saturday 3rd November – one from 2:00 ‘til 2:30 and the second from 3:00 ‘til 3:30. We’ll also be available to discuss any Tai Chi questions you may have, from beginners to advanced. We’re a friendly bunch, so come down for a chat!!
For beginners – Tai Chi helps with so many different things, from relaxation and ease of movement to balance, circulation and of course general fitness! Come down to learn more about it!
There will also be photography, flower arranging, bridge, sequence dancing, American A line dancing, Tae Kwon Do, Soft furnishings and much more!!
Also, for those interested in local room hire – the community centre provides excellent quality room-hire at an affordable price, and Saturday is an open day for the centre – so come down and check it out if you’re interested in hiring rooms for your club or party! course general fitness!
